Got to work on the km speedo. Called a couple good speedo shops. I lucked out. My unit was stuck on the 9's. A good indication that no gears were broke, just needed cleaning, lube, de gummed.

Georg, that us mph one is toast, 2 gears broke in half. i swapped the amp gauge. if you want me to sent that unit back let me know. i don't see any use for it.
