Super simple.
You'll need to get some brackets to make them fit the stock gauge bezel. Trail Tailor sells them or you can 3d print your own. Lots of files out there.
Here's my experience so far. I'm running them with a gen3 LS. I've got the multi gauge (fuel, oil psi, coolant temp and volts) tach, and GPS speedometer.
The gauges come with wago connectors that you Daisy chain together for each of the gauges You need to get the following from your dash harness.
Key on 12v
Ground
Illumination 12v
I also bought the Zero Dimmer from speedhut. That allows the gauges to zero out when you shut the key off, instead of just sitting where they were when they lost power. It also allows you to find the brightness.
For that you need a 12v constant voltage. I used my OBD2 port (if you're an LS guy)
Once you've got those hooked up you just have to run the 2 sensor harnesses out to the engine and make the sensors work with the harnesses. With a GM V8 it's easy, the sensors are the same. I used the stock oil pressure sensor and then the coolant temperature jacket plug at the rear of the rear of the passenger side head.
For fuel level, there might be other folks with tips to make it work but I just couldn't so I went with the Tanks inc unit. I ended up with a second one due to an error on my part. If anyone wants a brand new one for a good price let me know.
The speedometer has a GPS sensor that I ran up to the center of my dash behind the windshield. It's hidden and works great where it is. You'll lose your speedometer when you go through tunnels but other than that it works great.
You lose your high beam indicator when getting rid of the multi gauge. Make sure to order the speedhuts with the high indicator or have a separate light wired in.
