Now what was the deal with the 3 points?

Each violation (enforced) is 3 points on your liscence. If you are tagged by all three cameras as you travel along at 76+ mph, you'll incur 3 seperate violations obviously totaling 9 points on your liscence.

Really? How do you then have the right to face your accuser? I thought these did not go against your driving record, and legally couldn't for that matter. How do they then prove it was you driving?

Our vehicles are now cross registered. The ones I drive are in my wifes name and the opposite for hers. This way it's very easy for her to say..." Do I look like I've recently shaved an 8" goatee? That's not me driving in that pic." She's not legally req'd to drop a dime on the actual driver pictured.

I thought the owner either had to identify the driver or pay the fine.
