Noob question, I have bfg ko2 e-load tire size 265/70/17 on my gx. My spare is 265/70/17 all-season tire. If one of my a/t tire gets damaged would my all-season spare tire be okay to use even though its not a/t?

It’s perfectly fine as long as those tires are the same diameter. We only worry when the spare diameter is different by more than 1/2” and only if you drive long distances.
I would assume that you would drive to a tire shop and fix your tire and put spare back in spare location.

I went ahead and got a matching spare and include it into the tire rotation. Problem solved.
