The rear end is the same as other 7* series AFAIK and there is a huge range of spare wheel carriers. There is a few dealers making them in the US I believe and there are several established manufacturers in Australia.
 
It might depend on whether its a cab chassis or troopy

Im referring to the other poster who said he had one off a 75 series. Im not sure if the bolt up pattern is the same between cab chassis and wagons. Are the ones you are selling something that fits to the bumper or fits to the chassis?

Rear door same as the one John has from his 75.

I have a Troopy and the door tire carrier is the same. @Lenny33 I cannot find mine so you should make a deal w @joekatana. He can hook you up.
