I'm looking for a spare tire carrier catch. The part that mounts to the body just below the rear doors. This would be for a 75/76 FJ40. The tire carrier mounts on the on the driver's side and not the tube type. Thanks

John

If you have one that that would be great. I can find the earlier passenger's side catch but need the for the other side. I could really use two for the two tire carriers I have but need one now for the whole vehicle I have so I can get rid of the strap I'm using to hold it in place now.

This is the one for the 1958 thru 1974 with the tire carrier on the passenger's side. I have a couple of extra tire carriers with this part already. With the plate mounted up the hook part should point to the side the tire carrier is mounted. This one would be pointed to the passenger's side. But thank's anyway.

Anybody else have one?

Hi John, I have the correct left latch that you need, would you like a brand new one? or a used one? I would like a vacuum wiper motor for an FJ25, used is ok. Thank's, John Pardi

So what can I get for a matched pair? I forgot all about these. I just picked up a third set lately. How are you set for new or good shape emblems for a 76 FJ40 I picked up a low mileage one only problem is it spent it's whole life in the AZ sun. I don't need the shift pattern plate off the glove box door. You probably wouldn't have the right one anyway.:)

Toyota 1976 emblems are still availiable new from Toyota, I probably have the right glove box plate but you do not need one. My Fj 25 would look good with factory wiper motors. Please PM me. Thank's, John Pardi
