Anyone out there have and pictures of brackets to carry a spare fuel can for BJ 74 or equivalent - I think I have seen them on the rear narrow door. Where does the license plate bracket get relocated.

many thanks in advance

I had a look at the factory accessory the other day. One of the locals here had one brought in from the middle east. It goes on the small door. I don't know what happens to the licence plate though

Hey Glenn,

This link from the Anniversary Edition in Venezuela shows the stock jerry can set up. The rig seems to be hung from the door hinges on the narrow door. Be nice to now where to pick one up in Canada. I note that the ones normally sold at off road stores dont have a "back" attached to the base. The one in these shots does have a back which adds strength.

Upon further consideration....

As you can see in the picture from the Venezuela site, the license plate and light assembly are mounted at the bottom of the jerry can basket.

It looks as though they have used a lighting assembly similar to the one on the 40 Series.

Sincerely,

Bruce in Tsawwassen
