Friends in Ecuador are in need of a reliable/solid vehicle. For their budget, a 4-door Prado seems to make the most sense. I’m pretty familiar with the 120 platform in the US but seeking advice/input on any important details or differences of note. Is there a certain year model, engine, transmission, etc that’s best?
