Source for A/C compressor rebuild

Where can I get an A/C compressor rebuilt for a 1979 pig? Thanks

All large cities have AC places where they will rebuild it in house. You can drop it off and pick it up in several days or sometimes on the same day depending on the circumstances on your compressor.

Absolutely zero luck finding a company that rebuilds the compressors. My pig is right hand drive so I also don't know if the compressor is the same as LHD. If I could find the seals I could probably rebuild it myself. Appreciate any thing to point me in the right direction

You check SOR, I beleive if you call them they will have, I have a RHD BJ42 and believe I bought a compressor seals rebuild kit.

hiya, You should check to see what kind of compressor it is. My '79 pig has a square york compressor on it. York compressors are found in many applications for AC. Google york compressor and you'll recognize if your's is one. HTH, ty
