And you are still in the cheapo years when they get discounted on everything. Take soccer for instance, it is well over $100 cheaper for a7 year old than a 14 year old. However, you don't get anything extra for it and the teams are run by volunteers. Once they go over 10 or 12, then everyone one wants a lot more of your money for them to occupy the same space.
