Some things needed to fix up my newly bought 1st gen Runner

Just looking to see if anyone has the entire front bumper setup including brackets for an 87 4Runner? Also my back (lower quarter panels as well as the lower fenders are pretty rusted out, any fixes, ideas? Parts truck with rear quarter panels up to the front of the fenders available?

You will be hard pressed to find new NOS OEM body panels at this point, you can't get them from Mr. T any more. There is aftermarket steel and fiberglass available, lot of patch panels out there also. But you have to be careful as some of the non-OEM body panels are crap with fit and finish or are cheap material and will rust out easy if they aren't treated and primed right before paint and install.

I had some rust spots on my 1st Gen, and my body shop guy waved me off from the replacement panels they could get and wound up just fixing the rust and re-painting along with removing all the cannot-find trim pieces and filling the holes.

Bumper stuff, junkyard or classifieds here and other forums will be your best friend, and maybe a good body panel or two on a part out rig

Or throw an ARB on there and call it good

If the 87 is the same as 85 (I believe so?), then I have a full OEM front bumper setup. But I'm down in Houston and shipping wouldn't be worth it IMO.
