so im planning or replacing the head unit with a new pioneer headunit DEH-P9400BH - NEW! - CD Receiver with Full-Dot LCD Display, Built-In Bluetooth®, and HD Radio™ Tuner | Pioneer Electronics USA, replace the door speakers with some polk dxi 6.5, 6x4 plate in the dash and 5 round in the headliner. doors are going to be amped with something like this PRIME Amplifiers - R250-4 - Rockford Fosgate®. the po did a total hack job and cut what he didnt need out so it need a total do over.
so heres the questions 1) from the factory are the dash speakers and the headliner speakers wired as seperate leads from the headunit or are they in series with the doors.
2) since i want to amp the doors with a 4 channel can i wire in the dash and headliner speakers using the front and rear door leads from the connecter kit with the head unit
3) since i wount need the factory amp, does it matter if its just unpluged or removed.
