Do you keep tearing them? I had the same problem with my 60. I just used 2 of the hockey puck 40 series motor mounts and sandwiched the frame mount with them. I put a 1/2" bolt thru the whole thing. All better now. Did the same to my 80 series. The hockey pucks are a lot cheaper than the replacement mount and alot stronger. especially when you have your 80 in steep angles and the weight of the A440 pulling it back too. Good luck. You might have to clearance the hole in the frame mount to get the angle right for the bolt to go all the way thru. Also need to use big washers to get the right overall thickness of the pucks right to maintain the angle of the engine side to side.

Yes I keep tearing them. So I need a 40 mount and run a bolt through the frame bracket through the 40 mount and through the engine bracket?

yeah pics would be great. I am on my way out today and am trying to find someone to weld this one. I do not own a welder. It looks like it might be kinda tricky just because of the way the two halves fit together.

Mine definitely is not a DD but I drive it often. No issues yet. I am wheeling next Sunday so that will be the real test. Hopefully this is one issue I don't need to worry about. Glad I could help.

Most of the rust protection was from my PS pump. Just fixed that
