19 eh? would be nice. I get average 14 out of my stock 3FE. I got 16 driving it back from the PO (all highway). I hardly hit highway normally. Worst I have had is 12. Im interested in knowing what it will do when I add a new bumper on (none now, more flat nosed), desmog, and add 33x1050s. Oh, and I average 75 when on nhighway

My first full take and I got 13mpg.

It's not going to be my daily driver that's got sure.

My first full tank since purchase took almost a month. 225 miles at 10.3 mpg, all of it around town. No rack or other heavy stuff, stock size tires, and I tend to take it easy.

I note that this thread didn't start on April 1, so I'm still trying to figure out the magic mojo. I don't know what you guys are doing.

I'm not complaining, as the numbers were about what I expected, just jealous.

I'm going to go put some more air in my tires now...

Check oxygen sensors. They can go bad and affect gas mileage long before they throw a CEL. That's the problem with my 3FE right now. I'm getting about 8mpg and the rig runs as great as it's ever run before.
