Snatch block retainer; hitch pin clip vs. a circlip?

Does anyone have experience using blocks held together by a hitch pin clip vs. a circlip. if for whatever reason you had to pull it apart in the field the hitch clip would be easier, but the circlip is a more common design. Any ideas? Thanks mucho.

The snapring is also less likely to snag on things like your skin ect.
If you are worried about feild service , carry some snapring pliers.

circlip is heaps stronger than a hitch pin, plus its sexy. what more could ya want.

I've never had to take mine apart. I'd worry more about losing the hitch pin than ease of taking it apart.
