Todd just got an add yesterday about this event. Is it supposed to go into this upcoming issue of Trails??
Nobody had even known about this until we received an add, and we did not have space reserved for it, as the add came in unannounced...
Please advise asap as to how you guys wish to proceed, so we can get you taken care of pronto!!! Thanks a ton!!

Justin - sorry for the confusion - having Erik Christiansen involved so long with TAC gave us a certain advantage when getting things submitted to the executive board. I spoke with Jeff Zepp and hopefully we have worked this out.

To give you some background, we had a TLCA event in 2007 and 2008, then agreed to cancel our event in 2009 in support of GATOR. We chose a new venue this year, hence the change in name.

We didn't mean to put anyone into a pinch - if it is going to prove to be a problem for the TT just disregard the ad. The TT is more important than our ad.
