Hey Stuck.....been leaving you alone, and I will admit I think you have done better.
So for some unsolicited advice that I'm sure you will not listen to, and probably flame me as you did Doug and Bailey (people trying to help you in case you missed that) let me point out the obvious:
You say you have been "acting on the situation for months", yet after three attempts by Doug to get you to actually pick up a phone, you did not and insulted him about his ability to read.
On 4/9 you stated that you had not made up your mind between Slee tubes, steps, or Hanna's, but were going to order them the following week. That was just last Saturday, and you hadn't made up your mind yet at that time. So David did call prior to that, and the steps were available at that time, but you had not made your mind up......So there apparently is no communication problems as you suggest, and how could Urban "reserve" something for you that you had not actually chosen? You stated it was not David's fault or yours.....I agree it was not of Urban's doing, but it is clear it was and continues to be your responsibility ("fault") that you have not made up your mind or called or anything.
And then you lash out at Bailey because "I've been working so hard to get those sliders on here" ???
I guess we have different definitions of work! Point is, you are refusing to take responsibility for your own inaction, and lashing out at the few people that tried to tell you what to do and how to do it.
Not flaming you, you just need to learn it is your truck, "your" money, and your responsibility. You have NO ONE to blame but yourself. Just my $.02 without the HAHA.....Now admit the blatently obvious, or continue to flame eveyone around you, your choice.

Don't count on Hanna either...I ordered at the end of March and they wont be here till some time late next month or later.
