size of floor bolts?

Can anyone confirm the size of the bolts which attach the shift boot to the floor are #4bolts?
It seems #4 bolts are used for the 4-wheel boot, heater, etc.

My boots were modified and set in with sheet metal screws dur to my sbc conversion. But, for both my heaters I think they used #4. All I can tell you for sure is that the correct Toyota ones have a 12mm head to them.

Aren't they 6mm, like all of the tranny hump bolts? (Look a lot like 1/4-20s, right?)
