the valley, yeah that one
So I finally started searching for another cruiser (100 series mainly)...

...unfortunately I ended up with a Tundra instead (I know, I know...) and it's 2WD!!!!
I couldn't get my credit union to finance anything over seven years old, and I'm not paying dealer rates. I did get a smoking deal though - 2006 SR5 4.7, 33,000 miles, access cab in the ugly green color for $12,988. Still under warranty for a while too. I couldn't pass it up.

I'll likely end up with another 60 series as a dedicated wheeler (or maybe an 80 that needs work if I can get a deal on it) until I can afford to buy a 100/470 cash.

SOOOOO, I'm sorry for NOT getting another cruiser as promised.:o:o:o:o:o

Aw well...such is life. Tundra's are great trucks. BIL has one that I've borrowed on occasion when I needed a pickup. Typical solid Toyota truck.

You will be back however... once addicted... always addicted.

good buy

I did the same thing, it lasted about 6 months. I sold my Tundra for what I bought it for and I am back in the 80. The few things I miss now are acceleration, and low miles/low maintenance. You will be back bud.

haha, don't tell my wife but I've been scouring all the classifieds for another dedicated wheeler... and the Tundra is growing on me every day.
