Side Molding Color Difference Question

I have all but 3 side moldings for my 2000 LC in the H2 color code. I cannot find the remaining 3 but I see that the D0 color code is available in the same moldings. I was curious if anyone had any insight of what the difference is between the H2 and D0 color code. The pictures of the two different color codes look almost identical but it is hard to tell if the grey is the same shade.

Edit: Mis read your post. Unsure on color maybe VIN number shed some light on exterior trim codes
