I've never used either, but would love to have one or the other
The go pro Lance bought me ( thanks Lance!) worked a treat on the last trip. I found the suction cup mount thing worked well on the roof at the top of the A pillar where I could fumble around to turn it on and off. It never fell off through the Tar Sands, Kokopelli or Moab. There aren't too many trees however! Also the sound was really good on it.
Great video, it is awesome there- you always have a view to enjoy, either down in the sand or up a fin to see the whole horizon - granted the wheeling on Hells isn't too challenging without doing Escalator or the 'Gate, mostly a bit buttock clenching due to the off camber stuff.
