Shop replaced rear control arms... now AHC OFF light is blinking - 2002 LX 470

I had a shop near me replace the rear control arms and when I drove away I noticed the "OFF" light in the instrument cluster for the AHC system was blinking. The truck is in the neutral position and will no longer go to high or low. The OFF light is off when I first start the car, but then starts to blink after I shift into drive and start driving. Is this just coincidence or should I be going back to the shop and requesting they look into this more?

the AHC height sensor has a tab on the rear upper control arms , i bet they either broke the sensor , damaged the wiring, or forgot to plug the height sensor back in
