Hey everybody. I couldn't find an answer to this in my searching and spent far too long searching online because I was too embarrassed to ask it here. But then I got over myself because I want to ensure this is installed correctly.
These shackles came out of the box oriented the way I installed them. Is that correct? What is that tab or leg for, anyway? Is it supposed to be in or out (like I have it). Should it be up (like I have it) or down? (The part of the shackle in the top left of
the photo is what I'm asking about.)
