SFA shaft will not seat in splines

Anyone have this problem, how did you solve it?

I am replacing my stock axle shafts with TrailMarts 27-Spline, and I cannot get the passenger side to go into the carrier.

Last June I broke the passenger side stock birf in some rocks, and the field swap with a spare went easy.

Now I have gotten the driverside out and in with ease, but the passenger side will not slide in all the way. IT still has about 1-1/2".

Any suggestions? I'm at a loss on what to do.

I have had that issue and I solve it by turning the carrier and pulling and pushing on the shaft. If it makes contact and doesn't wanna slkde in fully then I move the birf up and down while applying pressure.

You might have some fragments in the splines on the carrier
