I don't know at what rpm it's rated for 150 amps, and most manufacturers don't seem to list alternator outputs based on rpms. I guess there are too many variables. I would think most alternator manufactures use a similar process for rating amps. So that you should get an equivalent percentage increase across the rpm range. In this case 150 to 80 is an 87.5% increase.
