What's the problem with the oil leak in fron output? is it just the seal?

Purdy sure it's just te seal, but I've not tore into it.

I'm not sold on the AA crossmember that bolts to the back of the t-case. I'm curious if that's part of the reason for the leaking.

Well sorry, That's just one leak. The studs keep loosen up due to too much hp & torque from V8. I also got another leak on the back of the parking break drum and some play prolly on inside gears of the t- case.

So will you be willing to let go of the tranny & case combo and parts for stick shifters for same price $350?

Understand the leaks.... everything I own leaks

$350 takes it. I've never used the stick shift for the t-case but was told it was all there. I'll look at it when I get the tranny/t-case out this weekend to make sure and send everything I have.

No, I'll be Kentucky the week of thr Roundup. My wife is thinking about coming down to wheel and at least one of our club members from the Kansas City is making the trip too
