They do make replacement windows that open up and come all the way out, but they do not roll down.
They are bowser friendly too.

Overall, I would say that the FJC would be a significant improvement in the coolness and fun departments over the 100 series. The spectrum of aftermarket mods/accessories is icing on the cake.
