yeah we decided to keep her. I knew if it didn't sell quick, I would change my mind. I just couldn't let her go.

Glad to hear things worked out Eric. They don't make 'em like they used to... ;)

Have decided to go ahead and make the sale. I just don't have the time to drive it and use it as much as I would like. It deserves a good home where it will get used and not sit in the garage. We are looking for another house, so the 40 will have to go. I will definitely be getting another one in the future.

looks like the 40 is sold. just took the deposit and it'll be picked up next weeked.

If I had the money, I'd buy it 'cause it has a UM sticker on the windshield.

Jim. Found a nice UM hat in the street here a few weeks back, have been saving it for you :flipoff2:. Sitting on top of the Trane on the side of the house, pick it up at your leisure.

There will be other Cruisers when the time is right - good to see you have your priorities straight, best of luck.

Thanks. it was definitely not an easy decision. They will be another cruiser in the future. who knows maybe I'll get lucky and find the troopie I've always wanted or just build one from the ground up. But there isll be another cruier coming along at some point.

I got offered 8,000 for my 74 a couple of years ago when I was trailering it from Colorado after my dad died. It was and is very much stock. Yours is in really good shape and obviously wheel-able. I think you asked too little for it. The buyer benefited a great deal

Well the 40 is gone. She was picked up yesterday and taken to Nashville. I am sure going to miss it, but it was my first 40 and I learned alot. Once we get into our new house I might start looking for a long term project cruiser.

Thanks man. it definitely has been a great cruiser. I probably could have gotten more, but I knew if I didn't sell it quickly I would talk myself out of it again. I will get another cruiser before too long. This will give me some time to find a 45 or a troopie or maybe even a good trail 40.
