I'm looking for a 4x4 for a camper and engine swap project. Must be a long wheelbase model, preferably 1st or 3rd gen; 2nd ok, but no Tacomas. Needs to be straight and not rusty, that's about it. Ideally, a stock non-runner that's missing big pieces (engine, trans, bed). I plan on doing a *lot* of work, so exceptional problems or circumstances may be just fine; I'd consider about anything. I'm in Norcal, can travel within a day or two including the entire west coast. Budget up to 1500 or so. What've you got?
