Ok, so I know no one is this stupid and will make this mistake, but I thought I'd mention my stupidity in case anyone ever replaced their seat belts in the Troopy.

Thought I'd replace some non-working belts in the Troopy (make the wife happy for the kiddies)...

Got some seat belts from a little place in Texas:

Bolts included as well as spacers (like the OEM ones) to allow the belt to pivot. Hooked em all in and tightened em all down. However, looked outside the rig and OMG! ...yep ..pushed the metal out, paint etc...

I can measure mine in the AM. I can also send you a can of rattle can OEM color that matches.

let me know..

Don't put yourself through the trouble on the bolt length. I have the old ones.. yep... shorter... I'm just p*ssed that I never even thought about them being too long... lol. That just sucks. Raw metal.. prolly rusting as I sit here.

I'll take the rattle can!! Let me know the $$ !!!! Send it on w/ lift bud.

Thanks

Sincerely,
Dufuss
