Wanted seat belt buzzer box thing

I need that box that makes the buzzer sound when the rig first turns on. It's supposed to remind you to put your seatbelt on, it's for a 4/79 fj40. Thanks.

My 10/76 '77 buzzer is a three prong. The '78 model had a 4 prong. I have a spare 4 prong I'll send you for what I paid. $5.00 plus shipping. Matt
