Scepter Can Mounts For Roof Racks & Can ?

I am trying to find can mounts for the roof rack that sit the can on its narrow side, not upright like on a tire carrier. The only ones I've seen are the Expedition Exchange ones for $75. I have searched and Googled for something a little less spendy, to no avail.

Has anyone rigged up a shower system to come from the water can up on the roof? I am thinking of getting the bits from the hardware store to make one up.


Also, I picked up Scepter 5.3 Gal fuel and water cans for $20 and $15 from Pep Boys Auto. The mouth is smaller, not like the military version. Pro's and con's?

Scepter cans @ pep boys not the same Quality as Military type IMO.

Solar Shower was my thought too that was the reasoning going with the black Canadian water cans just haven't started project

This is the six fuel can rack I like, would fit nicely into a ARB roof rack another project you can not buy them unless you work for the goverment

Slee Off Road is an African Outback dealer in the US. Though you might have tried there already?
