CLC Members, time to step up!

Who wants to help this year?

What we need:
  • Helpers for registration for Thursday PM and Friday all day. We will assign you to help for a 3-4 hour period. (Gates)
  • A club/group to volunteer to help keep the place clean. Picking up the campground a couple of times a day, dumping garbage cans into the dumpster. (Eazy E and J.O. )
  • 3-4 folks to help set up for dinner on both Friday and Saturday night.(Lash, while Amanda watches)
  • 3-4 folks to clean up after dinner on both Friday and Saturday night(Lash, while Amanda watches)
  • 1-2 people to agree to stay till later on Sunday to sweep the campground for trash. I was the very last one out last year, at about 1:30 PM. (Barry H)
  • PortaPoty patrol (Killa)


Post up here and let us know what you can do. If you volunteer here, please take it seriously, show up and do it. We are trying to spread some of the work around so the BOD folks get to wheel more.

If this is your first crawl, don't volunteer. Just show up and enjoy yourself. Plan on helping out next year.

Deb and I will be helping my Dad and brother in law with dinner on Saturday night setting up and cleaning up for sure.

We should be there after lunch on Thursday so whatever is needed to be done, let us know.

Assign Killa to Latrine duty.:grinpimp:

Dont know what time we will leave on Sunday but we will do our part.

I would like to volunteer Amanda to help set-up and clean-up for Friday and Saturday dinners.... unless she's bringing me a cold beer. ;)

My goal was really just to see "Eazy E" in red at the top of the thread... but I guess I'll police for trash as well. I should take an idea from Tellico Rob and hang a trash bag from my rig as I wheel!
