I'll be headed up towards Mt. Rosa around 9:30am this saturday. Life got in the way for a month or so and I need to get back up in the mountains. Got married and lost my little brother... I'm due for some time "out there".

I'll have a buddy of mine in a stock Xterra pro4x with me and maybe a jeep dude. No real plans except to forcibly remove the xterra's mud flaps by way of terrain assistance. We'll be where the pavement ends behind the broadmoor at 9:30 or so if anyone wants to join.

Please note that being married is AWESOME, but losing my 22yr old brother is an absolutely crushing blow. I probably should have just re-written that part, but I'm lazy and I know you fellas understand.

Sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I'll be up at Cripple Creek for the ice fest. Those mud flaps on the Xterra are tough...I've tried ripping them off my Offroad a few times...but they are hanging in there (just a bit beat up and a few splits). Have fun up there...and wives...they aren't too bad!

Corrigan, so sorry to hear about the loss of your brother, man. words can't express my sympathy. hope you get through it over time- i'm sure more mountain time will help a little bit.

I've got my plugs out trying to figure out how to do a leakdown test, no idea how you turn the crank shaft without removing the radiator/fan!!! maybe i'll toss em all back in and head up, or if the weather is warm enough i'll ride the dirt bike up.
