One of my first trips to Sturgis in the 70's was on a chopped Bonne, could not afford a Harley. But that Bonneville was a nice ride real nice..Awh goood goooooood memories!!:p:p:p

I'd love an old Indian...can't afford one. I sure drooled over that bad boy of yours at the beach.
Sure wish warm weather would hurry up and arrive.

I heard that!
Kicked her over yesterday and took a cruise. SWEET.
Gobs of torque. Second ride since I got it. Much more relaxing this time.
Weather is getting better but it wasn't bad at all yesterday.
Heck I had to shed the jacket when I'd stop.
Gained a bit of confidence in the bike. Did a lot of stop and starts and engine off stops and re-starts.
Out and back my long loose gravel drive is exciting.
;)

Ahhhh! Loose gravel, sand on pavement ,and ice, simply put biker pucker factor 10,;) but ya gotta love it. Oh wet grass tooo!!!!

Took the Bonneville for a short ride yesterday.
Man, I LOVE riding this thing!

Don't let any of my biker buddies read this but the english bikes are so much more fun to ride than US Iron it's not even funny.:bounce::bounce::bounce: I repeat I did not say that. Glad you are having fun just keep it level in the gravel. Doc

Thought of you the other day opened another bottle of the nectar of the god's , an excelent Single Malt(18 year old Oban). No riding that day fer sur!!!!

Brit bikes mix well with American Iron.
All the Harley guys I know are cool
with Triumphs.
I think I'll have me a nip tonight.

Just don't be caught on a rice burner. I myself have put white rice under the bike and then told the rider that he had a fuel leak, had many a good time, as they ran to the parking lot to find the pile of rice. ;)

Great afternoon for a little classic bike ride. Old Table Rock rd and #11 was a blast.
The Bonneville is such a hoot to operate. Kick start and all the controls are on the
opposite sides. ie shifter on the left and brake on the right. Quaint and quirky.
Just like I love 'em!
:grinpimp:
