Salvaging the worst-case scenario Dutch Oven

I have't made any bread dough yet, I'm sorry, guys. I'm back to working a full five nights a week, plus two days of school, so...
I really hope to make the sponge for the bread tomorrow before class, and pull the dough together that night after class, then Friday morning after work and the gym, then I'll make it, and promptly pass out....
Right now, this essay on "The Metamorphosis" is kicking my butt!
 
Everyone, thanks for the compliments, comments, and feedback, I certainly do appreciate the support.
I do have a bit of news:
I've made a sponge for a double-batch of my bread dough, and have it chilling in the fridge overnight. Tomorrow I'll finish forming it into dough, and let ti proof in the fridge some more. Finally, Saturday morning, after the gym, I'll let it bench proof on the counter, and bake it off in the DO.
