Rusted frame repair.

I bought a 2002 4wd Tacoma std cab, 2.7liter 4 cylinder with a 5 speed manual. I bought this online sight un-seen which is not the a recommended poll thing to do so I got screwed. The vehicle is great with the exception of the frame. I see some repairs and I see some rust perforation on the frame. it has been super cold here so I put wool wax under coating on it to try and keep it from getting worse until I get a chance to wire brush everything and see if I can find some one to weld in some patches to repair it if possible. I can’t afford a new frame. I’m being told it is over 10k just for the part.
Has anyone had success repairing a frame this bad?

Find a welder who is willing to look it over to see how bad it is and go look at rust busters and see if they can get you what you need.
