it appears that with some effort the undercarriage rust can be removed, treated, and mitigated. Overall it appears really clean up top.

Looks very good. Get rid of the black wheels and you've got a winner.
Looks really solid. Some areas look repainted some don't, like the roof drip rail looks untouched. If you buy it, then resealing the roof drip rail seam needs to be a priority on your list.
