Looking at this 2001 LC. It has 160,000 Miles and is a good asking price, but has this rust bubble by the rear wiper blade. I'm Waiting on photos of undercarriage. Is this tell tale sign that I would be entering into years of rust battle...? I Need to determine if it is worth travelling to look at it and hopefully purchase.
