Rubbermaid electric cooler

Saw in my local biglots ad this Rubbermaid Thermo-Electric 12 Volt Travel Cooler & Warmer that holds holds 14 cans. Does anyone know abou this? Obviously, this is not an Engel, but at this pricepoint, it seems like a good deal.
