iirc, Cruiserparts.net sells them. And, they were not all that $$

I replaced mine not too long ago... Got the rubber pieces from toyotapartsbarn.com. Same rubber piece for all flares. Believe it was 18 bucks per flare.
I've tried some generic trim without much luck. You're prolly best to get the proper parts.
In Australia we got a set for my dad's cruiser from the local toyota dealer, and when it got painted the panel beater got a set from All Crash Parts. If neither of them work for you try Fiberglass replacement panels (FRP), they do aftermarket flares, so would surely have the seals to match.
I got a set from CDan a few years ago. I would think most toyota dealers could get them for you.
