I was working on my 92 Land Cruiser. I had the engine running, took off the oil fill cap, and the engine dropped down to about 400 rpm's. Put the cap back on and the engine came back up. Check it a few times and it did this every time. I am hoping this is normal with a 3-FE. Should I be looking into something?
