Round fenders for at least a 37" tire

Since my T3 comes with round fenders I would like to keep that look instead of going with the trapazoidal fender of the m416. What are you guys using if you've done this? I thought about semi truck fenders but they want $150 plus for one and that's a lot more than I'm willing to spend. Any ideas are appreciated.

Buy one for the Super Single truck tire, split it down the middle, & flange the cut edges.
