Rough shutoff

Last night I decided to replace my rocker cover and glow plugs from my 94 kzj78. Afterwards I noticed that the vehicle has begun to has rough shutoffs. Any reason what the reason could be?

Did you Mess with any of your egr or vacuum lines? Double check those. 1kz-te has a rough shut down when the secondary butterfly doesnt close.

Along those lines, awhile back I replaced the vacuum lines around the EGR system as part of some preventative maintenance. I didn't realize my 1kz was and always had been shutting down a tiny bit rough until after I replaced the vacuum tubes and realized how smooth the shut down should have been all along. There must have been a tiny leak in my 30 yr old tubes that was causing one of the valves to not fully open or close as designed. It's cheap to replace them and see if you get lucky and that fixes the problem.
