The only thing that would make it look nicer is if it had 4 square headlights! :flipoff2:

Just kiddin'. Great looking truck umpqua. Look forward to maybe seein' ya on the trails sometime.

Nice rig. I can tell you have thought out every mod very carefully. Looks GREAT. What size tires are on it now? They don't look bad at all. I like the front bumper too. I have something like that in mind for mine - not too heavy looking and doesn't overpower the original character.

Thanks for all the kind words.

The tires are BFG All Terrains. Size is 235 75r 15 so I guess that makes them 30".

I would like some 33", 9.5 wide. The problem that I have is with garage door height. Bigger tires and a roof rack will mean a larger opening in the garage. The madness continues.

It would seem to me that that is not nose drop..Every thing I've read says that the OME lift will be ass high after install. I've got the same lift, ARB bumper with a heavy as hell 8274 bolted on...didn't change the ride height. It won't sink with my 185# butt up there either...

Looks great...drop a line if you come over to Bend...

I really like that bumper! :0) I've been looking for something like that for a while; at the moment i have a big ass alloy thing, which if i want a winch I shall have to change. I just don't like the ARB one that much, but that little one is very interesting, still allows you to see the great front end of the rig, whilst giving a bit better protection than a standard bumper.

Can I ask if you'ver, er, "tried" it out on any of the animal kingdom (straight-up question actually, here in Aus you WILL need front end protection at some point on your travels)?

Also do you find that the bars under the lights disturb the beam from the lights particularly?

All in all, nice rig! ~PHIL

Beutifull rig!!!
The 60 conversion with the black out looks awesome! I am fighting the 60 convert erge. My practical projects right now are keeping me at bay, along with my weekly meetings to tame that erge!!

Thanks for sharing!!

I'm not sure what the bumper weighs....I can lift it by myself but it's a strain. It's stout as hell I can tell you that.

For me personally, I don't particulary like the arb bumper because I think it's "too much". I'm sure though that if I hit an elk that I'd be a big fan of the arb at that very moment as it would provide more protection to keep the thing off the hood and out of the windshield.

I don't think that I have more that 500 bucks in this bumper......so it's less expensive than an arb.

I've not noticed that the hoops effect the headlights at all. That may be because with the lighting upgrade it's made an unbelievable difference...but no, they do not interfere with the headlights at all.

The 62 to 60 conversion was worth it to me. I like the look better but it's personal preference. I just really like it a lot.

I have some nice small manual powered mirrors that will complete the 60 look!
Nice ride, skip the 9.5's, bump up to the 10.5's. I like my 9.5s but the sidewall squish gets old, especially when you are on windy paved roads...

Thank for the suggestion on the 10.5's. I'll take a look when I finally were the All Terrains out.

Not sure on the Artic Circle yet. Someday I'll probably just get in and head that way and figure it our as I go. That's what I'd like to do anyway.
