Great rig!
I'm curious about the Aussie in the winter too.
How is it off camber & under heavy throttle on slippery pavement?
Nice drawer system!
I wish I'd thought of the bottle opener!

Yeah, I keep forgetting about those disconnects. I'll try and snap a picture tonight.

Aussie Locker in snow:
I don't want to talk about this winter's snow  .

Haven't really had it on any really snowy or slick roads yet.

that is a really nice rig. you gave alot of ideas. its a cool video too! got some questions for you now. im going to add a custom rack. where did you get the gutter mounts? how many inches did the OME give you? any way your rig is real nice. cant wait to add on to mine!

Nice cruiser, best year too 93 ;) ...

Great write up!

VERY nice rig! Might have to copy the 60 series badge on the back, and find me one of dose TEQ stickers!

Your writeup was one of my favorites. I especially enjoyed the video of the family trip through the maze. My wife and kids liked it too, thanks :)

Very nice setup! I'd like to see the Maze video but for some reason am having trouble viewing it. I'll try again today. I'd like to do trips like that in ours at some point--with mtn bikes. Thanks for the writeup!:beer:

edit--got the video! sweet!

nice rig! Hope to see you in Moab.

Is that a J-Moose roof rack I see? Im still trying to figure how to attach all the snowboards and skis once I get mine on.

Hayes Maze - Excellent Video

You consistently provide excellent narratives and photos of your family adventures. While I'm trying to obtain and upgrade my own off road unit, I frequently refer to your postings. My kids, although a few years older than yours (6 & 9), see your kids and are interested in off road camping trips. I think the 4x4 will allow us to go deeper in the back country. I hope to use my FZJ80 as vehicle to do more family mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, and camping.

The Hayes Maze video is excellent! :) Thank you for generously sharing so much.

Thanks

Bump for a great rig!

Hey Hayes, did you know you're famous in Australia? I was reading through Issue #147 of Australian 4WD Action and noticed a familiar truck in one of the ads. I went to the company's website (Generator House) and there you are! Just thought you should know :D
