Roof top Tent Question

I have a second Generation Mobassa roof top tent. I mounted it on Yakama roof racks on my 60. It slides quite a bit on the round pipes.

I ran across a Thule roof rack system and mounted it up. It slides less but it still slides side to side.

How do you secure your roff top tent from going side to side?

IIRC most of us including myself have put on 4 hose clamps on the inside of the Mombasa mounts to keep it from sliding from side to side.

I went down to the local hardware store and bought about 8" of thick tubing with the same inner diameter of the Yakima bars. Then I split the tubing, and wrapped it around the pipes and tightened a hose clamp on each one... by by sliding!
