I have been searching for something to tell me the correct alignment of the rocker arm shaft. Everything says to be sure to align the weep holes on the rocker arms with the shaft. Have taken a couple of pictures of my rocker assembly, the pictures show one rocker arm up about 50-60 degrees. I placed a pin in the weep hole when the line up. Center post on each half has a pocket for the bolt - so this should be correct. Can’t get my head around why the weep hole would be much higher than valve travel. Is this setup correct?

Thank you for your assistance

Should be clear in the manual

When you put it all together, leave the spark plugs out and whirl it over with the starter until you build oil pressure, then check that oil is coming out in the correct places.
