What’s up guys. New to the 80 series world and looking to build a kit to leave in the truck for common show stoppers. Help me out on what to get parts wise. I already keep a decent assortment of tools, tape, clamps, and zip ties but mainly looking for common things that could kill the truck if I tried to limp it to a shop. Overheating concerns, electrical, etc.

Thanks boys.

i do a lot of remote camping so my list comprises of,

wheel bearing kit - the same bearings go in the front & rear but the inner seals are different so get a front kit and separate inner seal for the rear
54mm hub socket & rear bearing adjuster tool
Mines an Auto (like most) so I also keep a spare starter motor in the back
spare Radiator hoses & drive belts (put new on and keep old ones where the Jack goes) , length of heater hose
spare headlight / tail light globes
a quality set of Metric sockets & spanners (i keep mine under the drivers seat)
small tub of grease / spray lube
hand cleaner - nothing worse than trying to clean up afterwards without it
bag of rags

thankfully all ive ever really used from the above is tail light globes but its insurance!
