Good times.
The savior of the trek was William and Big Red w/winch, as seen in the pix. If he charged $50 per yank, he'd have come home with enough money for a new set of tires or a couple hours at Danny's Downtown. You do the math.
Jes was smart enough to don his Wellingtons and did an excellent performance as winch b*tch, although I think he ran out of beer and lost focus towards the end.
The Jeep guys were cool, too- Billy's Cherokee walked through the slop quite well. The other dude left his Yukon at the rendezvous point, which proved to be a good idea.
Barry learned that speed and momentum is your friend. Low range/1st is too slow when entering deep ruts and areas where the chance of getting high-centered is high.
We found some pretty decent trails down by the ___________ and there's a good entrance just south of ________ that Barry and the boys scouted out.
Again, good times. Enjoy the pics. Thanks for having me along.
